What does Ekoroll make?
Ekoroll develops and supplies fiber-based food packaging for food service: lid-free hot and cold paper cups, standard paper cups, molded fiber lids, bagasse food containers, kraft paper bowls, takeout boxes, greaseproof wraps, kraft pouches, sachets, wooden and bamboo cutlery, and a water-activated paper ashtray for outdoor hospitality — plus custom packaging development.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Our paper products use a water-based barrier coating that is PFAS-free and PE-free, and contains no PLA. Because a water-based barrier is still a polymer dispersion, we describe these products as plastic-reduced rather than plastic-free. Bagasse, wood and bamboo products are fiber-based; their composition and documentation are confirmed per product specification.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Both are quoted per project. MOQ depends on the format, size and print specification, and lead time on the format and order volume; we confirm both in writing with each quotation.
Do you offer private label and custom printing?
Yes. Products can be printed with your brand — for cups in CMYK or flexo, including metallic gold and silver. Our team also offers graphic and structural design for custom formats.
Which certificates and test reports can you provide?
PFAS screening by SGS (all analytes not detected) and food-contact migration testing by Eurofins for our water-based coated cups; EN 13432 and OK compost HOME certification for bagasse containers and lids. Certificate holders are named on each document; copies are provided on request.
Where do you ship from, and to which markets?
Orders are shipped from İzmir, Türkiye, to customers across Europe, the Middle East and other export markets, with export documentation included.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation before a bulk order — request them through the quote form with the products and sizes you need.
